Day 23 of the 2026 WSOP featured Calvin Anderson winning the $10,000 Razz Championship. Faraz Jaka leads the $2,500 Freezeout, Alex Foxen tops the $25k PLO High Roller, and Will Givens leads the opening Millionaire Maker tournament flight on Thursday.

Day 23 of the 2026 World Series of Poker featured massive stacks and prominent names dominating the tournament floors.

High-stakes poker professional Alex Foxen built a commanding chip stack to lead the final 31 players in the $25,000 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller, while veteran player Faraz Jaka claimed the overnight chip lead in the $2,500 Freezeout.

Meanwhile, Calvin Anderson earned the only gold bracelet awarded on Wednesday, securing his second career victory in the $10,000 Razz Championship.

The mixed-game fields provided significant excitement on Wednesday, highlighted by Calvin Anderson capturing another major title. Anderson won the $10,000 Razz Championship, marking his second career victory in this specific championship event.

In the high-stakes arena, Event #47: $25,000 High Roller Pot-Limit Omaha saw a substantial attendance increase due to extended late registration.

An additional 122 entries and re-entries during this period pushed the total field to 451 entries. By the conclusion of Day 2, only 31 players remained in contention, with Alex Foxen accumulating a towering stack to top the leaderboard.

Event #49: $2,500 Freezeout No-Limit Hold’em witnessed 275 players return to the felt for Day 2. After a full day of play, the field was trimmed down to just 28 players, each of whom has locked up a minimum payout of $15,300.

Faraz Jaka navigated the tough field to finish the night as the chip leader, bagging 4,400,000. Jaka maintained his position among the frontrunners late into the evening and is closely trailed by Kenzo Ishida, who concluded the session with 4,200,000.
Srivinay Irrinki also bagged a significant stack to remain in contention. The final 28 players will return on Thursday to compete for the $513,885 first-place prize, the tournament title, and the WSOP gold bracelet.

The inaugural day of Event #51: $10,000 Mystery Bounty proved to be a lengthy session as the field played completely down to the money bubble.

A starting field of 558 entries was reduced to 84 surviving players. Todd Ivens, who secured his third cash of the summer, holds the overall chip lead. Ivens and
Alex Anton are the only two competitors to finish the day with seven-figure chip stacks.
In Event #52: $3,000 Nine Game Mix, a total of 472 players entered the tournament, and 164 players advanced past the opening day.

Stephen Hubbard emerged as the chip leader. Hubbard previously earned his first WSOP gold bracelet earlier this summer in the $1,500 No-Limit 2-7 Lowball Draw.

The highly anticipated Event #50: $1,500 Millionaire Maker kicked off its opening flight with a massive turnout of 1,752 entries. At the end of the first flight, 460 players survived to advance.

WSOP bracelet winner Will Givens bagged the top stack for the flight and will return for Day 2a on Thursday holding 187 big blinds.
