The 57th annual World Series of Poker concluded its 100-bracelet summer schedule in Las Vegas on July 15, 2026. The historic series set records with 251,899 total entries, a $469,975,059 prize pool, and 378.3 million social media views.

The 57th annual World Series of Poker (WSOP) officially concluded its summer tournament schedule on July 15, 2026, following 51 days of high-stakes competition.

Hosted at Paris Las Vegas and Horseshoe Las Vegas, the festival featured a massive slate of 100 live gold bracelet events, breaking multiple attendance records and expanding its global reach through expanded broadcast partnerships and digital platforms.

“The 57th annual World Series of Poker proved that Las Vegas remains the undisputed epicenter of the poker universe,” said Ty Stewart, Chief Executive Officer of the WSOP. “The energy inside Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas was nothing short of electric.

What is truly remarkable this year is how our community expanded far beyond the physical walls of the casino floor.

Through our newly redesigned final table arena, extensive linear broadcast schedule, and unprecedented digital engagement, we brought the drama, excitement, and glory of winning a WSOP gold bracelet to millions of new fans worldwide.

We are incredibly proud of this summer's success and cannot wait to witness the Final Nine battle for the World Championship on ESPN next month.”

The 2026 festival introduced a completely redesigned, state-of-the-art Final Table Arena and broadcast environment, integrating advanced lighting and large-scale digital displays.

On the felt, the $10,000 No-Limit Hold'em World Championship, widely known as the Main Event, attracted a field of 9,208 entrants.

The final nine players survived the grueling field to secure their spots at the Main Event Final Table.

These players will return to Las Vegas from August 3 to 5, 2026, to play down to a champion live on ESPN.

Player logistics throughout the summer were supported by the WSOP Live mobile app, which streamlined registration, virtually eliminated cage lines, and provided real-time seat alerts to thousands of players.

Record-Breaking Figures and Superstar Champions

The 2026 series set a new record for the total number of entries in a single WSOP series, reaching 251,899 entries across all events. The total prize amount awarded across the 2026 gold events reached $469,975,059, with 35,157 places paid.

The playing field featured participants representing 149 different countries. The top ten nations by participant volume were the United States, followed by Canada, France, Great Britain, Japan, China, Israel, Germany, Brazil, and Mexico. The Main Event itself set a new record by drawing players from 111 different countries.

Global Broadcasts and Digital Engagement

The 2026 WSOP expanded its media presence through a new multi-year broadcast agreement with Warner Bros.

Discovery, distributing coverage across HBO Max, Eurosport, and TNT Sports globally alongside its broadcast partnership with ESPN Networks.

Additional coverage was provided by regional media partners, including Abema Japan and Groupe M6 in France.

The linear and digital coverage reached more than 300 million homes across over 70 countries. Edited WSOP broadcasts are scheduled to begin airing on July 21, leading up to the live ESPN coverage of the final table in August.

The festival also experienced significant digital growth across its online platforms. WSOP social media channels generated 378.3 million total views during the 100-bracelet series.

Furthermore, the organization added 222,828 new followers across its complete digital ecosystem over the course of the summer.
