Michael Addamo returned to online poker by winning the $10,000 GGMillion$ High Roller on GGPoker for $423,610. He eliminated seven of eight final-table opponents, including Pedro Neves, and claimed his ninth GGMillion$ title, moving into third place for titles online.

Michael Addamo made a winning return to online poker, taking down the $10,000 GGMillion$ High Roller on GGPoker for $423,610.

Addamo had taken time away from both live and online poker and had been mostly absent from the live poker scene over the past two years. His return to the GGMillion$ tables, however, showed little sign of rust as he dominated the final table.

World champ Lucas Jumalon and GGPoker ambassador Jeff Gross provided commentary during the final-table livestream.

Addamo eliminated seven of his final eight opponents on the way to the title. Among those players was Pedro Neves, who finished as the runner-up.

The final table began with Neves holding a slight chip lead over Guillaume Nolet. The rest of the remaining field entered the final table facing a sizeable deficit.

Addamo was behind Neves by a 6:1 margin. Neves subsequently set a trap for Addamo, but the situation ultimately handed Addamo the winning hand and, with it, the tournament trophy. The result earned Addamo $423,610 and marked his ninth GGMillion$ title.

Before the tournament, Addamo was ranked third on the GGMillion$ all-time cashes list with more than $8.6 million in winnings from the series. He was also third in titles with eight victories.

Artur Martirosian led both categories at the time, with $11.1 million in GGMillion$ cashes and 13 titles.

Addamo's latest victory therefore moved him to nine GGMillion$ titles, strengthening his position among the series' leading winners.
