ACR Poker’s Dual Venom tournaments paid out over $10 million, with David “IamYorFather” Gonzalez winning the $8M NLH Venom and “FutureTrunks” taking the PLO crown.
ACR Poker has brought its latest Dual Venom tournaments to a close, ending more than two weeks of intense online action. The series paid out over $10 million in prize pools as players worldwide chased massive payouts and headline-making bounties.
Gonzalez Wins $8 Million NLH Venom
The $8 Million NLH Venom attracted 3,392 entries across six Day 1 flights, creating a final prize pool of $8,480,000. After navigating a tough final table, 54-year-old David “IamYorFather” Gonzalez from Southern California emerged as champion.
Gonzalez defeated “ArkaduktusFrRM” heads-up, banking $665,163 along with $45,000 in bounties. Speaking after his victory, Gonzalez described the moment as surreal and said the prize money would allow him to provide meaningful support to his family.
Mystery Bounty
Mystery bounty winners also made headlines. “sorka1975” landed the largest single payout of $500,000, while “ArkaduktusFrRM” added $210,000 and “AndreWard” collected $205,000. The bounty prizes once again highlighted the unpredictable and high-stakes nature of Venom events.
Pros and Twitch Coverage
ACR Poker pros added to the buzz, with Chris Moneymaker firing several entries and Michael Loncar, Rob Kuhn, and Katie Lindsay reaching Day 2. Fans could follow the action on ACR Poker’s Twitch channel, which featured Rob Kuhn and Drew Gonzalez at the final table.
PLO Venom Sets a Milestone
Running alongside the NLH event, the $2 Million PLO Venom matched ACR Poker’s record as its largest-ever Omaha tournament. With 830 entries, the prize pool reached $2,075,000. “FutureTrunks” came out on top, securing $208,217 plus $146,250 in bounties.
Venom Vault Key to Bounty Prize
The series also delivered standout moments for low buy-in players. One highlight came from “xGetxRektx,” who turned a $0.80 Venom Vault Key into a $15,000 bounty prize and $6,500 in cash, showing how small entries can turn into major wins.
What’s Next for ACR Poker
Although the Dual Venom events are finished, ACR Poker is keeping the momentum going. September will see the return of the Online Super Series XL, offering $50 million in guarantees and continuing a busy run of high-profile online tournaments.
To get started with Online Super Series XL on ACR Poker, players can register using the ACR Poker promo code NEWBONUS and grab a deposit bonus of $2000.
