Natural8 offers exclusive online qualification routes for Taiwan and Hong Kong to the APT Championship Taipei.
Each region sends eight finalists to live Sit & Go finals, with major cash and Main Event prize packages.
The APT Championship Taipei Main Event, with a $5 million guarantee, takes place November 13–29.

Sixteen players will arrive at the APT Championship in November knowing that the only obstacle stading between them and the Taipei Main Event are just eight players.

This week, Natural8 opened two separate country-exclusive qualification routes for Taiwan and Hong Kong, each one looking for eight finalists to bring to Taipei this November. Those players then head for their own live Sit & Go, where APT Championship seats, cash and the largest packages are decided at the table.

Taiwan plays first on November 19. Hong Kong follows on November 20. Before either final can happen, however, there are still 10 Mega Satellites to get through between the two promotions. Let's explain.

Taiwan's Route Starts at NT$300

The longer of the two qualifiers belongs to Taiwan.

Six NT$2,880 Mega Satellites will run between October 24 and November 8, with eight live-final places guaranteed between them. The October 24, 25 and 30 tournaments and the November 1 satellite each produce one qualifier, while the last two dates double the number of available seats to two.

Players do not necessarily need to begin at NT$2,880, either. A separate satellite level starts from NT$300 on October 20 and feeds into the Mega Satellites.

Stage	Taiwan Route Details
Starting Satellites	From NT$300
Mega Satellite Buy-in	NT$2,880
Mega Satellite Dates	Oct 24, 25, 30; Nov 1, 7, 8
Live Finalists	8
Live S&G	November 19
Total GTD	NT$1,552,000

Once those eight players have been found, the online part is finished.

They meet live at APT Championship Taipei on November 19, where NT$1,552,000 is guaranteed across the final table. All eight receive a US$500 travel allowance, while the remaining prizes combine cash with seats into tournaments on the APT Championship schedule.

The first three finishers receive seats in the NT$320,000 APT Championship Main Event. The winner takes that seat alongside NT$80,000 in additional value and the NT$16,000 travel allowance, bringing the entire first-place package to NT$416,000. Second is worth NT$368,000 in total and third NT$336,000.

Hong Kong Gets Four Shots at Two Seats Each

Hong Kong's route is shorter and we have to say it more symmetrical.

There are four HK$1,200 Mega Satellites, October 24, October 25, October 30 and November 1, and every one guarantees two places in the live final..

Hong Kong Mega Satellite	Time	Buy-in	Seats GTD
October 24	8:00 p.m. HKT	HK$1,200	2
October 25	8:00 p.m. HKT	HK$1,200	2
October 30	8:00 p.m. HKT	HK$1,200	2
November 1	8:00 p.m. HKT	HK$1,200	2

Once all eight seats are gone, this group also heads to Taipei for the N8HK live Sit & Go on November 20.

The total guarantee stands at HK$386,573, while every qualifier receives a US$500 travel allowance. The prizes at the live final include seats into the APT Championship Main Event and Trophy Events together with cash, with the largest package reserved for the winner.

First place is worth HK$102,050 in total and includes an APT Championship Main Event seat.

Hong Kong vs Taiwan: What Changes?

The two routes arrive at almost the same destination without taking exactly the same road.

Mega Satellite Buy-in	HK$1,200	NT$2,880
Mega Satellite Dates	Oct 24, 25, 30; Nov 1	Oct 24, 25, 30; Nov 1, 7, 8
Finalists	8	8
Live Final	Nov 20	Nov 19
Travel Allowance	US$500 each	US$500 each
Total GTD	HK$386,573	NT$1,552,000
Winner's Package	HK$102,050	NT$416,000

Then Comes the $5 Million Main Event

The live finals fall early enough in the APT Championship for the top finishers to use the seats they win during the same festival.

APT Championship Taipei runs from November 13 through November 29 at Red Space and has 209 events listed across its 17-day schedule. The $10,000 Main Event carries a $5 million guarantee, making it the central target behind both country-exclusive routes.

While these satellites will remain Taiwan and Hong Kong exclusive, players coming from outside these areas still have more than enough routes to make their way to Taipei before November 13. Score an APT Online Ticket with Natural8, win one of the online eventd and you could be on your way to the APT Championship.
