Banco Casino Bratislava is set to elevate the 2026 Swedish Poker Championships by introducing a brand-new headline event. The Banco Championship will take center stage, featuring a significant €250,000 guaranteed prize pool and a €550 buy-in.

The festival is scheduled to run from 3–10 August 2026 at Banco Casino Bratislava. The Banco Championship itself will take place between 6–10 August, providing the week-long festival with an expanded international tournament focus alongside the traditional Swedish national championship schedule.

The defining shift for the 2026 season is the move to an open format. For the first time, Banco Casino has designated the Banco Championship as an open Main Event connected to the festival.
