WPT Global has confirmed that WPT Prime Thailand Exhibition 2025 will run from July 30 to August 5 at the UOB LIVE venue in Bangkok’s EMSPHERE complex.
The WPT Prime Thailand Exhibition presented by WPT Global will be held between July 30 to August 5. The event is all set to take place at UOB LIVE venue in Bangkok’s EMSPHERE complex. The Championship event will run from August 1-5.
WPT Prime Thailand Exhibition by WPT Global
The upcoming Bangkok event, while not part of the official World Poker Tour calendar and not contributing to the Player of the Year standings, marks a standout initiative in WPT Global’s ongoing strategy to integrate poker with cultural experiences.
Open to players aged 18 and above from any country, the event also extends participation to local Thai residents.
Venue for the Thailand event
The chosen venue is located within the EMSPHERE, a central lifestyle and retail hub in Bangkok.
Players will benefit from direct access to the BTS Skytrain and a range of nearby hospitality options.
Central to the structure of this event is a travel fund backed by WPT Global, amounting to THB 37,000,000 (approximately USD 1 million).
This fund is allocated via a “Play + Travel” package system, where each package merges poker tournament entries with structured travel experiences throughout Thailand.
All participants receive complimentary entry into the exhibition as part of the package offering.
The three available tiers are priced at:
- THB 7,000
- THB 14,000
- THB 37,000
The top tier will grant eligibility to participate in the WPT Prime Thailand Exhibition Championship. More details on prize structures and specific package inclusions will be released ahead of the event.
