ACR Poker Brings the Battle of Malta Online with $5 Million Guaranteed

The Battle of Malta (BOM), one of Europe’s established poker festivals, recorded a €4.7 million prize pool in October 2024, attracting players from over 60 countries. ACR Poker has now expanded the event globally with the Battle of Malta Online.

Running exclusively on ACR Poker, the Battle of Malta Online will take place from July 13 to July 27 with a $5 million guaranteed prize pool. 

A $500,000 guaranteed multi-flight event with a $66 buy-in will start on Thursday, July 3 with daily flights leading to Day 2 on Sunday, July 27.

A $35,000 leaderboard contest will run concurrently, split into High Buy-in and Low Buy-in tiers. Points will be awarded based on finishing positions, allowing players across different bankroll levels to compete.

The overall leaderboard winner will receive an €8,000 package for the live Battle of Malta festival in October.

The live festival will take place from October 28 to November 5, 2025. The €8,000 Live package details are below:

Players can win one of 10 premium €8,000 packages, awarded through Beast Tournaments (5 packages guaranteed per event) on Sunday, July 13 and Sunday, July 20 at 5:05 p.m. ET. Satellites for the BOM Main Event will also run exclusively on ACR Poker. Participants surviving Day 1 online can carry their stack to Day 2 of the live Main Event in Malta.

Winners must attend the October 2025 Battle of Malta; packages are non-transferable. A valid passport with at least six months remaining validity after arrival is required. Packages cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
