The Gods of Poker debuts with Eden Awakens at Landing Casino, Jeju Shinhwa World, from December 5–14, 2025. Featuring 78 events and KRW 2 billion in guarantees, the series includes a KRW 1 billion Main Event and mythology-themed trophies.
From December 5–14, 2025, the newly created Gods of Poker (GOP) will make its first official appearance with Eden Awakens at Landing Casino in Jeju Shinhwa World, South Korea.
Sponsored by iPoker and organised in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea, the launch festival will feature 78 tournaments with a total guarantee of KRW 2 billion (~USD 1.5 million).
In keeping with its mythology-inspired identity, the festival will award specially designed trophies that reflect the grandeur of the series. Half of the prize pool is allocated to the Main Event, highlighting GOP’s focus on meaningful structures and player-first competition.
Over the ten-day schedule, players can expect a wide mix of formats, including daily High Roller events, Aphrodite’s women’s tournaments, Mystery Bounties, Mixed Games, and a full set of satellites to sustain action from start to finish.
The GOP Main Event
At the centre of Eden Awakens is the KRW 1 billion (~USD 725,000) guaranteed Main Event, built on GOP’s unique Cronus Structure. This system has been developed to balance pace, fairness, and depth of play, ensuring meaningful action throughout.

Minutes per level: Flights A–C indicate the first number for Level 1 and the second for Level 2 before registration closes. Flight D Day 1 includes two levels, each lasting 240 minutes.
Participants start with a 120 big blind stack, giving ample room for strategic decisions.
True to the Cronus Structure, late registration closes after two levels, ensuring no player joins with a severely short stack. This prevents late-entry imbalances, as all participants begin with no fewer than 30 big blinds.
The early levels are deliberately extended to provide space for decision-making and deeper play. With multiple flights, players can choose between faster one-day routes or extended multi-day sessions.
By removing unnecessary levels and eliminating last-minute short-stack entries, the Main Event aims to maintain a competitive atmosphere focused on skill and consistency.
